I have used this Dry Cleaner's for over 14 years now and not even one mishap! That's bringing 30 - 60 items every two weeks. I have witnessed the owner going extra mile in order to fix an issue with a few customers. I am certain that the negative reviews that have been written, were worked out or the owner tried within reason to resolve the issue. I pass many other Dry Cleaner's in order to reach this one. Why? Because its the very best in the area!
These India people are crazy tried to drop of my two children north face jackets on Friday morning and earliest pick up is Tuesday 5pm? Then going charge me $5 for both after I presented a coupon. Do not go here go to Tide Dry Cleaners
Known for shrinking items ... I had several items shrunk. And then two Pottery Barn comforters (my mom's and mine) shrunk upon cleaning. They refuse to credit me for the cleaning fee of the recent comforter. They're also not responsible for the shrinking. Management speaks poor English and is confrontational.
Great little dry cleaner. My favorite in the area.
Mocks, bullies and belittles my pick-up assistants. I hire temp employees on break from college to help me with tasks such as dryclean pickup. On a regular basis, each new temp employee complains to me that the owner mocked and taunted them for not having a long term full time job, and for carrying a list of errands, and also insulted me whom she does not know! Their drycleaning and pricing by itself seems fine. I choose to no longer do business with someone who would treat someone in this manner. Theses actions seem bizarre, cruel, manipulative and unstable.
