Great cleaners. They have been doing dress shirts and pants for us for 15 years. We have tried other cleaners closer by, but always return to Crystal because they do it right. Never have broken buttons or missing shirt stays. Have also cleaned a couple of our comforters there.

Never going back, customer service is awful! The quality of my comforter is very poor now.

This used to be my go to once Triangle cleaner's in the Lowe's Shopping Center left. They did a decent job, usually next day or two turnaround. Then lately I started losing collar stays. I asked about them, but we couldn't understand one another.nnThen I had an order picked up that looked fine. A month later I went to pull a shirt to wear and noticed a rip in the sleeve. I took it back and he said there's nothing he could do since it's been too long. He said how do I know you didn't do it. It was still starched and had the tag, but he wouldn't do anything. I had been going there for over a year at this point and thought well that's just one bad experience.nnWhen I went to talk about my ripped shirt, I had a load to drop off prior to my vacation. He promised Wednesday. I couldn't make it but needed my items for a trip coming up. They weren't ready and no offer was may or future discount. I'm not sure if these folks have gotten too busy or have lapsed on quality, but I will not return.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANER if you value your clothes and wish to have a positive experience. I utilized their services with a Calvin Klein blazer that was black and white with a zipper. I did not wear it immediately after I had it cleaned but when I did I saw that the black trim on the sleeves had faded into the white all the way around. The zipper was broken and I could not wear the blazer. I took it into the establishment mentioned above and the owner was very rude. Shook his head and said no to addressing either of the issues. I had noticed he was not customer oriented during previous visits. He insulted my honesty and I strongly suggest that you do not utilize their service. If I could have given less than one star I would have for sure!!!!!
