I have been using Brothers for a little while now and have always been satisfied with their service. The employees make customers feel at home and go above and beyond to answer questions and deliver good quality results. The last few visits I had, Miss Janley took care of me. She represents a well developed and professional employee. She was very delighted to see me and answered my questions to the best of her ability.nI was missing my sons suit that I had brought in over 90 days and she made sure that I was at ease and would do her best to locate it. She took the time to call me and tell me she was able to locate it and that it would be there the next time I stopped by. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dry cleaner and I absolutely thanks Miss Janley for that. Would absolutely recommend.
I arranged a pick up/delivery for laundry services through Marshall. He was so kind, patient, and helpful. I would definitely recommend! They picked up two bags and brought them back in only a few days.
Brother’s Cleaners is very professional and does excellent work. We also appreciate our delivery driver Junior, who is timely, communicative, and super nice!
