I will use this company again and I highly recommend. I called at 7pm one evening and they were at my house around lunch the following day. That is what I call service!! The carpets look great and they were in and out. I’ll be using them again! Thanks Peyton for taking my call late and thanks Frank for cleaning the carpets!

They were able to fit us in within 24 hours. The technician was punctual, and he wore a mask (COVID times). Made the process very easy!nnThere were a number of food spill stains (we have young kids) that we've tried to get up for weeks, and they all came right up! Very happy with Elite Carpet Care - will use again.

I came across Elite Carpet Care while doing a Google search. I called another company first but their estimate was higher and I was looking for same day service which they didn't do. I spoke with Dallas and he had a better quote and was able to do same day service. Dallas was extremely professional over the phone. The service was excellent! The dried slime in the carpet was also removed which I was extremely happy with. I will definitely be using their services in the future and highly recommend Elite Carpet Care.

Frank, Dallas, Peyton, and the entire Raleigh Team at Elite Carpet Care are amazing! We're getting ready to start listing our house for sale, so we decided to do the 'whole house' special. As we have multiple pets, I tried the DIY method of baking soda and vinegar to try and remove a stain before they arrived in 1 particular hallway. Frank was awesome- extremely prompt, friendly, and quick! I don't tend to leave many online reviews, but felt they deserve some serious credit: The baking soda left some white spots in that hallway after it finished drying, and Frank came back out (free of charge) to go back over the entire hallway area (which was mostly user error on my behalf). I highly respect their level of customer service and would definitely recommend them!!

Dallas the owner was VERY helpful. Peyton the technician was great. He took his time on the spots and explained the process to me. I needed some pet odor removed and they were able to help me do that. The service was less than I thought it would be. I will always use Elite!
