I love this place. no were in our area can you bet their everyday prices. but on some Wednesdays. they have a 1.50 shirt deal that is the lowest price I have ever seen. clothes come back clean and the staff is friendly and nice.
I am grateful for the friendly and kind customer service I receive when getting my clothes cleaned and when I need alterations. The staff is consistently friendly and supportive. Additionally, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend their service.
I took a shirt in that was worn only once and had a food stain on the sleeve. I got the shirt back and it had black stains on it that looked like someone smudged charcoal on it. I questioned the worker and she was very rude, did not give me a refund, or even care that I had an issue with their service. I have been a frequent customer and have had no prior issue but based on this experience I will NEVER be a customer again. I would advise that you take pictures of your clothing at the time of drop off to have proof of any issues that may arise. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The customer service at this business has got to be one of the worst I have EVER experienced. The woman that serviced me basically treated me like I was a bother.
It took a week to clean my comforter. The employees weren't friendly at all. I won't be coming back.
