Best service around. Sure you may save $0.59 by going to a big-box where employees run away from you, this is a whole different experience. I wish I caught his name, but the guy running the paint desk is great. Helpful, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Went in, employee helped me find what I was looking for. When i got to the register, young kid wrung me up and I realized I didnt have my wallet it was in my car. Took me 10 secs literally to get it. He avoided my transaction and went to the next customer. So i back i line, the customers wife is bring other things to the counter while he's finishing his transaction. So I see the other register open so I go to it, lol he's waiting for a customer to come back with his wallet. So the first cashier, being smart and sarcastic, says oh he's waiting on customer to come back. So I just put the tool on the counter and walk out. Thanks for being disrespectful to me. I guess that's customer service these days. I guess its different treatment when you're black in Ace Hardware.

They really are the friendly neighborhood hardware store. I went in trying to get an odd key cut, and they couldn't do it, but I was met with lots of friendly and helpful employees otherwise.

Well stocked and friendly staff, several greeted me and asked if I needed any help.
