Let’s just start off by saying I’ve been known to be difficult. I like things a certain way and expect people to do their jobs and to be responsive. Tammy and Steve have been nothing but awesome! I was absolutely impressed with their customer service and their knowledge of the entire buying and selling process. Their attention to detail is second to none! Tammy‘s ninja negotiation skills brought us both top dollar on the home we sold but also saved us thousands on the home we purchased! The transactions went off without a hitch in large part due to the extreme professionalism that both Steve and Tammy brought to the table. I was very impressed and stayed in formed throughout the entire process. I tend to ask a lot of questions (maybe more than most) but it helped me understand where we were at and eased my concerns and answered my questions throughout the entire process. From the professional photography to the drone footage to the 360 walk-through…the presentation of our home we sold was the best I’ve seen hands down. IT SHOWED ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Premier Utah real estate comes with the highest recommendation I can give if you’re looking for honest, fair, truthful and ethical representation in real estate transactions.

Our family had the pleasure of working with Jen for our very first home buying/building experience. Jen helped us during the whole process when we built our home. She treated us like family and this is a quality you just don’t see in this kind of transaction anymore. We ran into issues with our lender and Jen was there 100% and we were able to close on our home because of her diligence. We will forever be grateful. We not only got to work with Jen but Tammy as well and they are all amazing! We will use them again for any future home/land buying!

My family and I have lived in the Old Schoolhouse Condominiums for the last 4 years. We had moved to Tooele from St. Louis and were struggling to find a place to rent. Tammy was very helpful and accommodating, working with our schedules to make it possible for us to view the property. The property is clean and kept looking nice, both inside and out. Tammy is wonderful to work with and goes out of her way to make sure your experience is positive.
