Absolutely terrible wait time. A bunch of teenagers running the place. I ordered a grilled sub and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes; no one was in front of me, no one was dining in. When I asked if the kid on the grill could move a little quicker, I got an attitude. If you want your food in a timely manor, do NOT go here.

Jersey Mike's is always a great place for a sub. No matter what state you are in your sub with always taste the same. Also they offer Gluten Free rolls for my wife.
Jersey Mike's is usually a favorite. However today was a let down. I ordered my free birthday reward and was charge, we waited an abnormal amount if time especially for being the only customers in the store. We were told our order was ready.....it was not, and my husband's sandwich was exactly the opposite of he ordered!nOur local store is always on top of things! Guess we still stay close to home going forward!Also, the lady in previous review, who got a side order of attitude....it was here today too.
Ordered chipotle chicken cheese steak over the phone and took it home, only to find that it was philly cheese steak with beef!! Called back and was told that I will get a “replacement sandwich” with nothing more only if I bring back the sandwich! No extra compensation and not a sincere apology either!
