Fries were undercooked, and when we asked for new ones, they just put our old ones back in the frier and gave them back ( we already had the fries in our car and my children had dug in them to see if any were edible). These employees actually went against health regulations and refried our fries and put them back in the used containers and gave them to us. We were shocked!! No wonder this location is always dead.....bad employees will force it to be shut down. Its a real shame, when done right the food can be good but I won't risk it again.

It’s absolutely awful. Manager was on his phone with his air pods in, didn’t even acknowledge me at the window. Told me it would be 6 minutes for a Cajun biscuit and I waited 25 minutes to get no food. Told them I wanted a refund and got an attitude for asking. Never had worse service in my life at this location and I used to work at this location. Will never return. Worst service I have ever received.

The chicken here can be hit or miss. Guess it depends on the aptitude of the teenager working that night. All in all - not bad

August 31st, 2020 @18:06nnThis Bojangles CONSISTENTLY gets my order wronge every time I come there. I paid nearly 40.00 for my order of 5 (4) piece supreme tenders combos. When my son opened his box this time, the chicken looked like popcorn chicken/nuggets. This is unacceptable for what we pay! I will NEVER order from here again as this is the 5th and last time they will screw my order up. Attention to detail goes a long way.

They really do NOT care about the customer at all. They gave us 1 honey mustard sauce and 1 bbq sauce for 4 meals that we ordered. We asked for light on the ice for the drinks and it was full of ice. Chicken felt and tasted dried-out, like it had been there for hours. The fries were dry, plain and hard when we asked for Cajun seasoning on the fries. My husband went back and asked for new fresher meals, they gave him our meals plus an extra meal for the inconvenience but the chicken was still the same and this time they added sooo much Cajun seasoning on the fries that we couldn’t even finish eating the fries. Terrible experience at this location. Better management needed ASAP. Will continue to drive 15 minutes to the bojangles near my previous residence
