Tasted good but way too greasy.
Bojangles Chicken has more of a spicy flavor than other locations but the spiciness is manageable for most. Their biscuits are top of the line compared to others and you can get a good meal for a reasonable price. (Under 7 dollars) Now You may have to wait as lines can be long, but in the end, if you order properly, you'll could get a good meal for an inexpensive price! Give them a try!
Incompetent. Can't get an order right to save their lives.
I have had a least a half a dozen or more bad experiences over the past couple years. I would highly recommend going a few miles down the road to Matthews bojangles. FYI the place is absolutely disgusting and the staff doesn’t care about anything much less the food they are serving you
This location has had issues on and off throughout the years mostly due to being understaffed it seems. The restaurant is still closed for dine in (annoying, but fine it's their choice) and they claim to offer take out but won't let anyone in to order and take it out. So the only way to get food is to sit in an incredibly long drive through line (still my choice, I get that). Very frustrating since they are already slow and on every customer service front.
