This particular location has added an exciting new bonus to its menu; the ice chips from the drink machine now feature small, black pellets! I’m sure this is just to enhance flavor. I also like a seemingly new initiative where the employees try to make the sandwich as quickly as possible, while throwing any care out the window! I feel personally responsible for inconveniencing the employees by coming and asking for a sandwich, I’ll do better with this in the future. So sorry!

Apparently it doesn’t open at 11 on a Sunday. The worker saw me at the door and put her head down as if she couldn’t see me. Waited a couple minutes at the door waving at her to get no reaction. The staff just a couple months ago was so good and the new staff is terrible. There was a larger male and Latina female that were outstanding for the longest time. About a month ago I never saw them again and have had terrible service since. I will not be eating at this location anymore. Ps I work right on technology drive and eat here 4 times a week or so. Really sad to see customer service take such a nose dive.

Three people behind the counter today, only one wearing a mask, which has been the standard here for months. Please take the sign off the door that says masks are required because the employees don’t even follow it. More appropriate would be enter at your own risk

Ordered meatball subs and the meatbals were smaller and constancy of BBQ and the marinara sauce was sweet and tangy.

Visit the store today asked the young lady to please wash her hands since she came from the back and started touching things with no gloves. She got an attitude and told the other young lady to help me. I thought this was standard for your company especially given COVID-19. The girl I'm referring to was tall light skined African American with curly hair. Hopefully, you speak with her about valuing customers, her attitude and safety!
