Last week Thursday I drop off a pair shoes to get the heels replaced. Guy says ready for Wednesday and gave me a ticket for pick up with price of 15.00+. I said WOW that's allot for two heels. He just grind and shock his head. Today I pick up my items including my shoe. He was out for a delivery. He has a new Latin young lady working. She finds my order charges me I pay. As she picks up my shoes from the rack. They charged me 15.00. + and never replaced the heels. Both you can see worn not bad but enough. The right shoe the heel was turned off base. Something I could have fixed myself. I'm disappointed and waiting for a response to wanted a refund or new heels by tomorrow as I needed them for Friday. The young lady told me she would explain to the owner and call me when he returns and kept my shoe. It's almost closing time and no one called and no one is picking up. Not satisfied!

My experience was horrible today I broke the heel off my shoe so I called and asked how much it would cost to repair the lady said $10 so i go up there and she says she has to send my shoe off wtf. I asked y didnt you mention that on the phone she say o i meant to sorry...i will never go here again horrible customer service.nnGod Bless
