Very unhappy with service..take my items to cleaners on Tuesday with pick up day of Thursday in the same week...Went to get items Friday afternoon items were not ready I was told to return later that day so I did and items still not ready...I'm hot as fire at this point.Next I was offered home delivery for that same day (Friday) I agreed ...waited at home until 8pm not delivery yet so I left..this is not the way to keep repeat customers once I get my items back in my hands I will find a reliable cleaners near or far....

Bad Business, they lost my suite Jacket,DID not admit to it and we had to go back 3 times with stories that it was at the other location, then it had a water stain and had to be redone, then it was lost, big hassle. I had a wedding to go to, the owner bought me a new jacket, Great, owner said when he finds the jacket he will give it to me free. But now 3 weeks later his employee Curt Calls me and wants me to give him money because he found my original jacket. He was trying to get money from me for my jacket that I paid to have cleaned and the owner said he would give back to me. Don't trust them! Bad People!
