White Knight is one of the most professional service companies I’ve encountered. Rocco is punctual, courteous, friendly, and he always leaves our rugs and furniture spotless. He has cleaned everything from Oriental rugs to rag rugs and couches, etc. to remove lots of pet accidents, dust, dirt, and baby spills. I always look forward to working with him because it’s always so easy and perfect. Our things look new when he leaves! He will also pick up and drop off your rugs for service. Today is my first time working with Jorge, who gave us the excellent service we’ve come to expect from White Knight. Thank you!
Great service. Flexible in dealing with the animals in my house and generous about moving objects to thoroughly clean my carpets. Also repaired and stretched some of my carpets. Rocco did such an amazing job that you can hardly see where they were repaired.
Rocco was able to give me an estimate for what I needed cleaned, online. He send very explicit directions for before and after the cleaning process, so I knew what to expect.nnJorge arrived on time and did a fabulous job cleaning the carpeting (which had numerous stains). He was also able to clean a recliner, which was also stained, and made it look new again.nnJorge worked hard and did a really professional job. What he was able to do was over and above my expectations.nnI would definitely use White Knight Steamer Carpet Cleaning again.
Rocco showed up to the house when our kids were home alone doing their remote learning and we felt comfortable and safe. Of course, it was the quality of the work when he was done that made the difference. We didn't remember the carpets looking that good when first got them.
