A favorite Christmas tradition for the little ones to have Santa come sit with them. Well organized. Appreciate all the volunteers.
Lots of fun and a blast for little kids. You can tell the staff have a lot of passion about what they do and are extremely friendly. Highly recommended.
I took my daughter on the Spring Easter egg hunt train ride. She loved it....and so did I! Every single employee we met was so friendly and sweet! Thank you!
We’ve gone to the New Hope Valley Railway for the Santa sleigh ride two years in a row. It’s reasonably priced and really fun for adults and kids. The first year we went Santa actually rode on the train and was available to take pictures with everyone and passed out candy canes. This year because of COVID they had him set up on a sleigh outside the train, and you could sit on chairs in front of him and take pictures.nnThey have a really cool battery powered train set up near the ticket booth with all kinds of Disney figurines and Thomas the train.nnThis year they also had free hot chocolate and a food truck!nnYou can buy tickets for the caboose (enclosed), or general admission tickets for the part of the train that has open windows. They set up cut outs of Santa, deer, penguins, Santa’s workshop, candy canes along the track.nnI will say I was very impressed with the restrooms! They have a trailer set up with individual stalls that are really clean and super warm.
I can say it an adventure for everyone. Adults and especially children. The staff is awesome with great hospitality. So if you are ever seeking an adventure. Take a trip to New Hope Valley Railway and experience a train ride that you and your family will enjoy!
