I usually get my car cleaned here. De pol ending on the time and day, could be busy or slow. I'm usually there no more then 10 minutes including vacuum time. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Reese was so helpful!! I’m so glad he was able to help be clean some off some of the dirt in the cracks of my windows.. I haven’t seen the car shine like that since I bought it! Thank you Sam’s team! ud83dude0a

I have had their membership for a little over a year.nWorth it to have a daily wash and rid of pollen and dust which is an insane problem here in the Carolinas.nThe employees are a bit young, but really nice and helpful.nThe employee who always helps us with our wheels is beyond helpful and friendly. Wish I had gotten his name and will do and update this post.nAlso, their service is actually good.nI am not so happy with the towels being back, as I rather the paper towel roll they had. Cleaner and safer during these pandemic problems.nOverall, good service!

I just left from getting my car washed and the customer service I received was OUTSTANDING! First, I forgot my 4 day rewash receipt but didn't realize until it was too late. As I was pulling up to vacuum, Reese walked by to check in on everyone using the vacuums. I told him what happened and he immediately ran and grabbed my rewash receipt for me! However, while he was getting that, I accidentally vacuumed up my favorite face mask (2020 problems, am I right?) I figured Reese wouldn't be able to help, but asked anyway. He not only said he could help (and ultimately rescued my mask) but he was SO friendly about it. I never once felt like I was being a difficult customer... even though I totally was! I will always come to this car wash because of the great service I received today. Thanks for all you did today, Reese!!nAlso, my car looked good with the $20 wash :-) That's important too!
