Awesome free place. Volunteer run. Horses goats sheep and other animals to pet and feed! So make sure to bring some carrots apples etc. Just check ahead if you are going on the weekend. Sometimes they are closed for private events. These are listed on their website.
What a beautiful place to visit with friends or family! We met up with extended family, though it was cold this place has so much outdoor space to enjoy! It is kid friendly which was a must for our family.
Wonderful place to take kids. It's free, has history, hiking, and you can feed the horses and goats. We spend hours there every time.
Love Black Acre, from the historic old buildings to the newly formed trails. Great place to take the family. Kids can feed the horses and goats on the primers.
