Berna and Chris are like no other Realtor team out there. They invest every ounce of their time and resources into helping their customers, whether it's for buying or selling. They gladly showed us dozens and dozens of homes until we found the home we needed, and then effortlessly handled the negotiations of our new purchase. When listing our home, they took a very reasonable approach to the price point and counseled us how to accept an offer that best suited our needs. If we had listed on our own we probably would have just chosen the highest offer. (Seems logical, right?) Luckily for us, they taught us that if an offer needs full funding from a lender, the offer price is completely dependent on the home appraisal and may not hold up to whatever the potential buyer throws out there. Because of their professional knowledge and foresight, we ended up in the best situation a seller could ask for. I could not be happier with the service we received from Group 1 Real Estate and I highly recommend them for any home sale or purchase.

Berna & Chris are the absolutely most amazing team you could have on your side. Whether it be for buying or selling a home, they are wonderful helping you through the process. We have sold a home and bought a home with them, and I feel like we were the luckiest people to have such knowledgeable, and kind people on our side. We will always use Group 1 Real Estate with Berna & Chris for any of our buying or selling needs. They are a down to earth team, that get the job done well!

With Chris and Berna you get two for the price of one. They consistently go above and beyond from accompanying us to our day long design center appointment(s) (when we had a semi-custom house built) to working out a rental agreement for our son as he bought a house with unique issues. Chris’s input on mechanical and structural issues were complimented by Berna’s transaction prowess. They are our go-to team for anything related to real estate as well as for information on community issues. They are the real (estate) deal.

Berna and Chris helped us through a difficult time when we were faced with selling our mothers home. They were always professional but kind and personable. They were sensitive to our emotional moments and always knew how to handle things. The sale and follow up of the house was fabulous. They continue to treat us as their friend not their client.
