I had dropped off two bags of various clothing, in late August, after coming home from vacation. Six of my shirts were missing, and they found them three WEEKS later. I should have at least gotten an apology, a discount, a coupon... SOMETHING. What did I get? Attitude. I drove up to pick up the shirts, and politely mentioned that they were lost. The woman who came out (not certain of her name, she’s an older lady with a thick accent that’s there a lot) stated “We didn’t lose your shirts, we misplaced them... and we found them, didn’t we?”. We spend on average $60 every time we go there, my partner’s parents go there as well. We very well may be looking for a new cleaner, with better customer service skills. A simple, “Sorry about what happened” would have sufficed.
