If I must do laundry outside of my home, I always come here. Facilities are clean, staff so helpful and conscientious! I appreciate Marie's pleasant personality and dedication to her job!
I always prefer to use top loader washers when I can and was happy to see that the top loaders here were two dollars per load. However, after I had put in my clothes and soap and money, and then went to set the buttons, I learned that the two dollars was for the small load and if you chose a medium or heavy soil, the price of the load went up. I consider that to be false advertising. Had I known that it would cost $2.50 for a heavily soiled load, I would have looked into the larger machines. At the very least, there should be a placard next to the top loaders indicating that two dollars was a minimum for a small load and show the price increase depending on the setting. There are other laundromats in town; I will not be using this particular mat again.
It's a laundromat. The dryers are fast. If you have to use the bathroom, just ask. They do work despite the out of order sign. That's about all.
