Fast service. Fixed it right up
I went to subway yesterday. I ordered a sub as I was leaving out I noticed a fly was inside the cookie case crawling on the cookies . I told the young lady that worked there she said ok. So I shopped in Walmart for about 20 minutes. I decided to go back to the subway to see if they threw the cookies out that the fly was on. And guess what COOKIES STILL IN THERE they did not throw the cookies out.
Nasty attitude Customer service
Gave one star because that's less u can do.nRude staff. Messed order up after being told multi times.nThen double charged us. Said they couldn't process a refund would need us to give back the exact change they gave us and they could redo the whole order. Which ment getting in back of line all over again.nRude. Will be calling Corp. She refused to return my receipt so I would have the record for Corp.
The two guys who work in this Subway inside Walmart are always friendly and great at their job and go above and beyond. Always excellent service when i come home to visit.
