When we arrived at the pickup window, we received our drinks/food, and we had to ask for straws, only then to be informed they were out of straws. An item was also missing from our bag and I had to return and go inside to have them have to make the item. I understand things happen, especially now, but felt a lack of straws is something we should have been told when receiving our food, and not something we have to ask about.

Best Taco Bell experience I have had in many years. Ms. Martha was very attentive and friendly. If she worked at every restaurant the world would be a much better place!!

Second time getting the same thing. The burrito didn’t hardly have any meat in it . It was like eating just a soft shell. Don’t waste your time. Whoever the cook was that prepared it need to be fired. $10.00 FOR NOTHING. The burrito on the sign compared to what I got is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

absolutely the worst place to order during the pandemic, they can't listen to orders properly. ordered a meal, two burritos and two nacho tacos and the order didn't even come with the nacho tacos absolutely disappointing.

I drive a tractor and trailer and pick up the glass plant in laurinburg North Carolina my load wasn't ready so I decided to get me something to eat at 8:40 p.m. they told me to go to the drive-thru I pointed out I was in a bobtail truck and asked him if I could walk to the drive-thru to get something to eat and they refuse service I'm glad to see how you feel about truck drivers. I'm going to tell every glass Holland truck that runs out of laurinburg not to stop and eat at that location. Sorry just sorry. This how you really feel about drivers.
