We generally have reasonable service at our hometown Bojangles, however; today was not a good service day. I have been sitting in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes on a Sunday patiently waiting for the line to move. The only reason it moved in the first ten minutes is three people got out of line and took their business somewhere else. Bojangles you need to remember on Sundays the church crowd and local patrons fill up the local restaurants so be prepared to do business in a timely manner. I hope the next time I visit you will be prepared to serve your customers more efficiently.

Good food and peaceful at times. The only unfortunate part of the restaurant is that the customers make it bad experience. The Bojangle's is usually understaffed, but the people flood the place anyway and take over twenty minutes to even think up their order. I wish they would hire more staff, but considering the people of Laurinburg, I'm not too surprised that potential new hires would be discouraged.

They wouldn’t sell me chicken and fries at the drive thru at 10:55 so I waited a few minutes and went inside. I stood there about 5 minutes before anyone even attempted to take my order. As I waited I seen about 6 employees huddled around the drive thru area gossiping loudly about a customer in the drive thru. They were being very rude. When I finally did get my food and got to the car with it there was absolutely no seasoning on my fries. I will not return to this location. They have no respect and don’t even attempt to be pleasant.
