My husband and I entered the store today at approximately 1:40pm there were no other customers in the store with the exception of the female employees that were standing at the counter laughing and looking at there cell phone. Not one employee greeted us upon entry or ask us what we wanted we stood there and waited for 5mins they looked at us and looked back at there cell phone and continued talking among themselves and laughing.
Young people working they need more training and maybe they'd speed up a little bit.
Online order. They didn't read the instructions for footlong half and half different toppings.
They don't know the law!!! Governors order said if you have a pre-existing medical condition like asthma you didn't have to wear a mask was asked to leave due to asthma.
The food was great. But the service was not. One person inside with a big order and 1 person outside smoking a cigarette and would not come in and help. That put me waiting 20 minutes to get my food done and then I was late to get back to work. When the person outside finally came in she never even tried to help out she just disappeared.
