We definitely had a great experience here! I got a free car wash for Christmas and I was so pleased! They have vacuums that you can use free of charge after you get your car washed. The only downside is because I only work in Albemarle 2 days a week it doesn't benefit me to do the monthly unlimited $20 car washes for $29.99 and I would love to have that it would pay for itself after 2 washes. Overall great experience! Go check them out!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars cause the machine washes your car very well. But the employees...nnthey pick and choose what cars to clean well and what cars to lazy wash I thought all members get the same treatment.nnI have always got the ceramic sea gloss wash and became a member not to long ago. The first two times were fine. but when I be came a member the washes got worst and worst as I seen them applying extra care to remove bugs from all windows and bumbers from other members mine looked untouched. asked if I could go back through and I was denied. might just cancel my membership cause tidal wave pick and choose who to do a 5 star job on.nnany suggestions on carwashes with better custom service and effort?

Went in for a truck wash one day, employees didn't make me take bed mat out or take antenna off. One week later went in different employees made me take bed mat out and antenna off. Passenger side of truck barely got touched, the employee brushing the back barley touched truck with the brush. When left truck was only half cleaned. Spent 26 for the best wash. The first time I went it wash great for the grand opening. Will do it myself from now on...

Soooo slow. I have a membership and haven't stopped the past 3 times by due to the line being so long and finally went by when the line wasn't half bad but it took 40 minutes to finally get through. I get it's peak season but 40 minutes for no more than 15ish cars is ridiculous. Probably going to cancel my subscription until they speed up. Good clean is why they get 3 stars but just not going to pay to sit in line that long when it shouldn't be that way.
