The curly fries were crispy, the smokehouse brisket was tender and flavorful, both delicious. I ordered the special offered free Jamocha shake but received a vanilla shake with no explanation. It was good but l would have liked to get what l ordered, my favorite.
Ordered 5 different combos the order came up to 28$ and asked for more arbys sauce cause she gave us 4 packs and was told they were limited on how many packs they can give me not to mention there ice machine is broke so tea is hot and fountain drinks are warm i really wish there was a way to give no stars but now I know why I was the only car in line
The food was good and as I ordered it. They must have a timer for how long you sit at the window waiting for your food because there was no one behind in line and all I ordered was a roast beef sandwich, but they had me pull around by the front door to wait for my order. No other vehicles came to the drive through while I waited for my order.
Always fast and friendly service plus some of the best sandwiches in the world of fast food restaurants.
Im editing my rating.....the past few times going to arbys i have had some issues. I order an 8 piece jalapeno bites and only get 6 and no ranch. Everytime they ask me if i want sauce, i say yes and eveytime i never get any sauce at all. Order large meals and get medium drinks and half the fries. And never get straws. I know only minor things but still when living 20 mins away the little things get very annoying. And this happens everytime i go to arbys.
