The sandwich was supposed to be warm, it was freezing cold. So much sauce that it got all over everything. This is the worst subway I have ever had. Terrible.

I have eaten here a few times. The service is wonderful. The only complaint that I have is I am trying to cancel an order that I accidentally did this morning and no one will answer the phone. I attempted to call this location the last time I ordered as well...NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONEnI have already paid for the partial order but I accidentally put it thru before I was done ordering. Oh well, I will try to put the full order thru and get a refund when I get to the restaurant. The app said I can cancel the order by calling the restaurant and then no one answers the phone!nnUpdate...When I got to the store they told me that they couldn't refund my money and to call the bank...

This was a comically bad subway experience. The lack of urgency in the workers was nothing short of remarkable. It took close to 3 minutes simply to put meat on the bread and put it in the oven to be toasted. Once my sandwich was out of the oven, they left it on the counter for approximately 10 minutes while they started taking other peoples' orders. By the time I finally got asked what vegetables I wanted on my sandwich, I had time to scroll through my entire instagram feed, go to the bathroom, wash my hands for a solid 30 seconds (the recommended amount of time to ensure clean hands in this era of global pandemic), and come back. By this time there were two other sandwiches sitting on the counter waiting for vegetables. Keep in mind that this means that after 15 minutes, three entire customers were waiting at the same stage of the sandwich process and 0 people had gotten a sandwich yet. When I finally got to pay for my order, my toasted sandwich was cold (not that it matters but that's just how long they took). Then, as if to spite me, they asked for my initials to put on the label for my sandwich.
