I hired Heavens best to clean my carpets and sectional sofa. At first glance, the carpets looked great, however after about 5 days I noticed that the carpets looked dingy and about the same as they did before. The sectional sofa looks great although it took about 12 hours for it to dry. The carpets took quite a while longer to fully dry (about 24 hours). The owner was prompt, nice and professional. I really wanted to love this service because it is eco friendly, pet and child safe, however I sadly won't be hiring them again.
