I just had the most horrid jaw dropping experience there! I placed a large order through drive thru and asked for mild sauce. When I got my bags I saw only hot sauce. I then asked for more mild sauce and the server tells me I’m not allowed to have any additional sauce. I told her I received the wrong kind of sauce. I was happy to pay for the additional sauce since they can’t take the hot sauce back, but she was still was not able to give me the correct sauce I asked for. She was very confrontational and I felt uncomfortable so I asked for a refund. I then call the store to speak to a manager and I find out that the confrontational server was in fact the manager. She then argues with me and starts mocking me. She also tells me she is only aloud to give 2 packets of sauce per order. I have never experienced that and have always had respectful interactions with other servers that have offered me more than 2 sauces per order for years. I could not believe what I was hearing and the extremely poor treatment from the manager of the store. I don’t feel comfortable buying from or recommending this location.

If you come to a kfc/taco bell you usually aren't expecting much other then some substandard food. This location has proven to be the exception to the rule. Food as ordered and quick service cant ask for more. Keep up the good work!

Honestly the Taco Bell/ KFC in Tryon is one of the friendliest Taco Bell's I've experienced in the WNC mountain area. I love the people who that work there.
