This place is phenomenal but Jensen is a beyond stellar employee. He goes out of his way to answer any questions and always with a smile, goes above and beyond and truly puts the customer first. His customer service skills need to be recognized and commended. He is definitely a true gem and managment material
We pay by the month and can go anytime. The car wash does a great job every time. The line can look long, but goes pretty quickly.

Hands down Tidal Wave is the best auto spa in town! Great prices and I love the location!nnBig shout-out to West!! He’s always so helpful and always goes above and beyond! Great customer service!!! Tidal Wave rocks!!!
It does an okay wash, but not great. I still had spots on my truck roof that the brushes did not get off. Even the bird poop did not wash off.
