Went to this location last night to order a family pack that consists of chicken and tenders. Go into the business and the young lady behind the counter was new so she was unsure how to ring me up. She goes and tries to find the on duty manager. This is difficult because he is hanging out with friends and family in the parking lot.nnEventually I get my food ordered and take it home only to discover that they failed to give me my full order. Try to call the store and it rings until disconnect. Start driving to the store and eventually get someone on the phone. They state they will have it ready for me. Pick up my food with a half an apology.nnNo partial refund or coupon for their screw up, just two trips to a store that apparently doesn't have any management actually managing.
Real disappointed with the service here . They screw up our order every time we go. The one on sugar hill Rd is as bad. Tonight. We had to wait 45 minutes for them to cook our bo rounds. Then they were cold when we got them . Didnt give us straws for our drinks. Didnt have anything cooked we wanted to eat. Just real sorry service tonight.
Very clean very efficiency Delicious heat hot fresh & great chicken Becky lady name tag on shirt very nice very busy lady but came by the tables and ask if every thing was OK GREAT JOB BOJANGLES THANKS !!
The fries were cold even though we were the only ones at the drive thru, and we waited for our food. The only good thing at Bojangles is the southern Shock Mountain Dew
