They do a nice job on my larger items like quilts. That's the only time I've used them.
This place is a joke.. I called about service and get told it will be like a week before it would be done..we need a dry cleaner that’s worth a dang and close this one down...
It is so hard to find a good dry cleaner, let alone GREAT. I've used many and this one is my favorite in 4 counties (Caldwell, Catawba, Burke & McDowell). They are always courteous, affordable, quick and do an amazing job on my clothing! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone! Thank you for the GREAT work!
I love them! They are very professional and I've never had a problem in 20 years. They can also repair clothes, replace zippers, and they even do alterations! They were able to repair and alter a dress that my little sister loves, and other places had told us it couldn't be done. Just a little out of the box thinking, and she had her dress back, as good as new!
Another visit here and my last. I stood and waited with no acknowledgement from the lady at the counter while she continued talking on her cellphone about shopping to a friend! Rude. McDowell County never disappoints me.
