workers are always very nice and polite, but unfortunately they very often have long lines and the box for packages is often full, you can’t fit another package there. They need more workers! It’s great that they have a self-service kiosk where you can buy stamps and weigh in your packages.

Once again my mail is all over the yard when I get home. It had rained earlier so everything that was on the ground was wet, which included my bank statements. I called the post office and asked for a call back because I got the same old lie that the Post Master was on a teleconferencenThe guy who delivers my mail has to have seen my mail on the ground. This is my third complaint in 2020! Can I please just get a defend mail person?

I was supposed to get a package, but it was not delivered to my home like the delivery receipt said it was. Honest mistake, I am sure. We are all human. I called the post office and Candace answered very quickly. She was kind, patient, and very willing to help me out with such a trivial issue. Even if the post office is super busy, the people behind the counter are always so sweet and patient when I stop in.

Worst post service we have ever experienced in 18 years of moving around the United States. Postal Service Overseas is better and quicker than this service. The postal carriers themselves are usually great people, its the management that is horrendous. The qualifications for postal service management in this area cannot be anymore than waking in the morning.

Don't use usps in Sanford!!! They lost everything and the line is always out the door. Worst managed facility I've ever dealt with in my life! Waited over 30 minutes just to be told to contribute waiting to speak with customer service or pay Master... 15 additional minutes and counting... 45 minutes and still no person with whom to speak! I was simply trying to get a mailbox!!!!!!!!!
