I don't normally post reviews, but I wanted to share my personal experience during these challenging times. I have been a customer over a year. Kayla, who is fabulous, is my technician. I have had nothing but wonderful, professional treatment. The front desk is always helpful and accommodating. I am very pleased with the laser results. I highly recommend their services.

Got my wife this on Groupon, staff is very rude, they didn’t want the business. Place is dirty and they do not have a restroom even for customers. Will recommend nobody use this place. Other businesses actually want business !!!!

Very poor service. Staff is rude. Dont recommend it. Especially lady at front desk is unaccomodating and indifferent. They are technicians not even doctors. I am physician in training was coming from downtown area. I was coming by uber. My uber took 30 mins to arrive especially in this covid times. I was 20 mins late. They refused to treat me. I even said I can wait. Before this incident as well they were unfriendly and rude. So please get better services. You deserve best.

I bought a groupon for laser hair removal. My technician Kayla was always polite and kind. The office staff were not very friendly any of the times I came in for treatments. The main thing I was disappointed in was finding out that they start you off at a very low level of laser treatment it seemed like the first three treatments. I was never asked if I could tolerate a higher level or educated on their use of such low levels for the first couple treatments. I felt like I could have gotten better results if I had known and asked for a higher level. In my opinion, it is a way for them to be able to get you back in for more treatments aka more money. Patient education goes a long way and next time I’ll choose a practice that is better about that.

I bought the laser hair removal treatments for my legs and feet. I feel like the technicians here do a much better job than at other laser places I have been. The other treatments did not take like the ones here at Louisville Laser. Maybe they didn't have the power turned up enough? Either way, the staff is awesome and I will definitely come here again.
