They shortened my suit jacket sleeves within the time they said they would (2 and a half days), for a fair price, and were always friendly in my short interactions with them when dropping off and picking up. The work was also good quality - they shifted the buttons and lining as well. I do wish they had given me a ticket or something to verify that I handed it over to them when I dropped it off, but I picked it up without issue with just my name so no problem.
Awful service. Took my dress there to get hemmed and was quoted for $50. Then, they called me to come back in again and try to on the dress a second time because they didn't realize the dress had three layers. Never mentioned a price change. Got the call today that the dress was done and was going to cost nearly $100. We told them what we were quoted for and they said they had it on video that they told us it would be more the second time we came in. This was untrue obviously. We told them that if we could see the video that we would happily pay them. But, they refused to show us the video (probably because they never told us). Ended up having to pay more than quoted for. Do NOT take your business here.
