Jonesboro Dry Cleaners

Out Dry Cleaner went out of business, so we tried Jonesboro Dry Cleaners for my husband's dress shirts and dress pants. He is picky about how he likes his shirts. He relayed exactly how he wanted his shirts cleaned, starched and pressed and they have met the request perfectly. They are friendly and polite and have given us excellent service every week. We are very pleased.

I wish I could give negative stars. Tried to get my leather jacket repaired here today and the girl that was suppose to be helping me was rude and incompetent. She NEVER asked me how could help or what was being done to the jacket; I showed her under the sleeve and she asked if the jacket was real leather (no problem here) I told her yes and after asking when I could pick my jacket back up she asked me if I was “sure” it was real (problem) again I told her yes (the jacket says Wilson’s leather) she checkes the tag as I’m standing there and finally says “oh yeah your right” (problem) so I said yes I know I paid for it. Then she tells me I could pick the jacket up Thursday or Friday (a long time for a small hole in the material part of the jacket) I still leave the jacket. After I left something told me to call the shop because I remembered she never said the price. When I call back she says $35. So I’m confused and asked why the repair was so much, she says to clean it, so I tell her no I just wanted the one sleeve repaired. She puts me on hold and comes back saying $8 for each hole (problem) so I’m like each? It only has one! Then she asks me how short did I want the sleeve hemmed! Now I’m getting angry, but I’m guessing maybe she has me confused even though the jacket had been dropped literally less then ten minutes ago, but she’s still talking about cutting my jacket! I tell her never mind and go get the jacket, when I go back she doesn’t even acknowledge me and my coat is on the table with other clothing; I paused for a second still not being acknowledged even though I’m the only other person there and she never even looks up. I ended up taking my jacket off the counter and leaving. HORRIBLE customer service. I would never recommend ANYONE to do business here.
