Always healthy, always good. The two subways that are near me have the best staff that are always polite and friendly.

Pretty poor service at this location. Go to the one on Main Street. (They’ll actually wear their masks there!)nnDue to convenience I’ve gone there a few times in the past couple months and every single time I’ve seen all 3-4 workers on the shift wearing their masks on their chin — nose out.nnSeveral studies now have shown that (which should be common sense) leaving your nose out with a mask on is as good as not wearing a mask at all. Thankfully the majority of customers in their I’ve seen properly wear their masks but it’s pretty said when the shops owners/employees can’t wear their masks right to protect their customers while the customers are protecting them.nnI’ve never even seen them attempt to pull it up, so it’s not like it’s just slipping down on them. They seem to be uneducated or apathetic. But that’s not the only criticism.nnWhile they have a couple decent workers most them move at a snails pace, under-toast the subs (meat shouldn’t be cold after toasting), and lack common decency (to properly wear their masks).

Great food and service

The food was good but the owner was very hesitant in giving things that we had ordered. My family member had ordered 2 sliders and with them you are supposed to get a drink. She stared at us like we were crazy when we continuously asked for our drinks. I paid for two drinks, two sliders and a 6 inch footlong and it came out to be $11. It was also very very slow. Not only that but she wasn't friendly at all. We will not be back

Figured I'd try a new sandwich, one of these garlic, buttery, cheesy flat breads. Pretty gross. Can remove this from the menu anytime!nOtherwise Subway on Highlands has always been good. Service and food and staff always good.
