Equipment went down when it was our turn. Took my money. Made a text message to the posted number to call or text. We left. Shortly after I received a phone call. Owner, or manager, called. I explained problem. He resolved issue. But equipment needs some work. Thank you Sir !!!
Brushes could be little better. Had to wash the truck twice Brush was not doing good job.
It's ok I guess. There's 2 issues I have. One is it takes up to about 30-45 seconds for it to switch up the products coming from the sprayer. I feel like it's costing people extra money because we have to keep adding time that we shouldn't need if it would quickly switch over. Also, I had to use a bay that was filled with trash and debris from someone's vehicle. You could tell it had been there for a while. So someone needs to be present to make sure it stays clean. Its kind of hard to walk around your car quickly when you're constantly stepping over piles of trash. I do like that it has a hand held dryer for a spotless clean. It's not as powerful as it should be though. I will be going to an automatic car wash next time. Costs less money and does much more without the extra hassle.
I used the touchless automatic carwash and was impressed. I got the $8 wash and it cleaned my car well.
