The VERY ONLY complaint I have (with this being 5 mins from my home) is MOST of the vacuums DON’T work. I just joined the VIP club so I’m HAPPY with car wash service and the customer service is EXCELLENT!! It’s just you NEVER know which vacuum is working when you pull out!
The Raeford NC vacuum cleaners are terrible. Several times the actual wash was malfunctioning. And since the original company is in new hands, it appears that my mid-range plan is now the bottom plan. The service could be much better.
They got the motor fixed on one of the brushes that was broke for a little while. Also added a bug spray before you enter the car wash. If they just had a pressure washer or something for floor mats then they would be a perfect 5 stars in my book!
This was my second visit at this location. It was convenient on this day because it was on the way home but I quickly was reminded why I don’t go to this location. The Vaccum’s do not have any suction power to them. I moved my car to three different vaccums and all of them had the same weak suction.
I paid 20.00 expecting to have a bug free front end and shiny tires. What a waste of money guess I'm back to hand washing my car
