The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The night before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!
Doug just got done at my place and I'm really glad I was lucky enough to choose this guy. He answered my questions directly and got me setup with a time right away I really appreciate this in customer service because I don't want to spend an hour talking with someone.nWhen the time came he was early, personable and worked quickly to retrieve a stopper stuck in a drain. Also, he didn't charge much. Overall I'm very happy with this transaction.
