No communication on rescheduling or day of appointment. Ended up having to go with someone else for maintenance. Just a waste of time

So i had you all pump my septic and at first thought everything was fine. A few days later we had sewage backing up in the bathtubs and sewage pooling in the yard where you guys just dug up the septic lid to pump it. I found that when you were digging up the lid for the tank you all cut the line for the injection pump. I called the number listed online and was told that you all would have a electrician out to fix it the next day. Well here we are and no one has showed up. I called and left voicemails with no replay. I run a Dealership and if I damaged a customers car I am responsible for fixing it!!! I now have a health hazard in my home and in my yard!!! This has been one of the worst experiences with a contractor I have ever had. IF you all do not correct this I will be contacting the BBB

Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.

Outstanding communication and service.nThis company was a pleasure to work with from quote to invoice. If you need septic tank install or service you would be hard-pressed to find better service elsewhere.

A great team of people who stand behind their work. Many homes in our neighborhood have been experiencing septic field failures. When ours finally started leaking into our yard, we called half a dozen septic repair companies. Driggers was the first to respond, the most informative, and the most pleasant to deal with. We chose them to do the work and have been very pleased with their services ever since.
