There’s not a day on this earth this Bojangles location can produce a order of fries worth eating. Always hard and cold with zero seasoning, or fresh out of the fryer and into your bag. They don’t even try. I frequent this restaurant and even directly asking for fresh and seasoned fries they come out plain. Don’t waste your money

I have never had Bojangles, and heard it was pretty good. The macaroni and cheese just tasted like mush, the tenders had 0 flavor or salt, and the white gravy just tasted like milk / cream. Serious lack of flavor here except the biscuit! The biscuit was good however. Moist, fluffy, and buttery.

Excellent food and service. I like Bojangles and this location was better than most Bojangles in my experience. I got a 12 piece tailgate special from the drive thru, which is a ton of food at a bargain price. The food came out piping hot. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, the best I've ever had at a Bojangle's. The biscuits were also perfect, as expected. Fries were good; mac & cheese was closer to average but still fine. I asked for some extra utensils/sauces and they were super nice and accommodating about it.nnAlso, was reassuring that the employees were wearing face masks & face shields.

The employees were mopping & scrubbing the floor behind the counter where the food was. One particular employee has long hair hanging everywhere while scrubbing & mopping. This employee stops doing this to prepare our food. Did not wash hands nor wear gloves while boxing our food. My friend asked if they were suppose to wear gloves, but they ignored the question. The dining room was nasty. Dirty tables that had not been cleaned & all trash cans were overflowing with trash. I do not recommend this particular Bojangles at all!!!!

Awesome fried chicken! Got a little spice to it great crunch on the crispy skin. Seasoned fries were good biscuit was a must and Mac n cheese was not bad. I'd hit it again!
