A lot of machines don’t work properly and a lot of them are out of order. Used a washing machine today that leaked the entire load of water on the floor and they would not give me a refund promising that my load of laundry got clean, even though there was no water in there to clean it with! Staff is rarely present and in the rare chance some one is there, they have ALWAYS been rude!
