I originally had a negative review here. I had called and gotten a rude response and was hung up on. I still ended up touring the mansion and was addressed directly by the employee who did this. She explained that it was a misunderstanding due to constant spam calls they have been receiving. It was very thoughtful and mature for her to explain this and it made all the difference in the world.nnThe tour was wonderful and so was the staff. Thank you for a great experience!
