Got here at roughly 1:30. Left 3:30. 30 Minutes spent eating, rest was waiting. Had to wait a long time for almost everything. Better off eating at McDonald’s,or any other restaurant in a ten mile radius. This is the slowest restaurant I have ever seen and it was slower than molasses. Would have given no stars if it was an option. This place needs to tighten up. Will not be returning
Food is okay, good unlimited fries. Service was actually really good, they had server and runners which kept table orders fast. Beware you must have a cell phone to dine in, they only text you when table is ready and you must wait in car or outside if nice weather. Ridiculous!
The restaurant was clean and there was room for social distancing. All of the staff wore their masks properly and enforced their policies like having parties wait outside. Natasha was our server and she was super helpful and attentive.
Good american burgers and such. Inexpensive options for lunch with the option or pricier gourmet selections. Bottomless steak fries... This is more difficult to come by now a days so thank you Red Robin for your awesome fries. Try their poppy seed (honey mustard) or their campfire sauce. It's guaranteed to make you want a couple refills on fries. Why not? They're free!
My Tavern Double didn’t come as I requested...my wife’s Turkey Burger was sloppy & the tomato fell off of it. We asked the manager, Corey, for more napkins since he was passing by us. He rudely told us he would go get our server. Why didn’t he bring the napkins to us himself? Guess he thinks he’s too good to bring them to us....I asked to speak to Corey before we left... The waitress said he’s probably too busy to speak to me.I waited 5 minutes...he never came to speak with me.. he probably was hiding in the office. Worst Red Robin we’ve ever visited. They are rude and don’t care.
