We have used their service for quite some time but if you have a problem they will not stand behind their work. Pretty much called us liars. They ruined a $400 sport coat. I never checked it when I picked it up. When I went to wear it several months later I discovered the damage. They refused to offer any compensation and accused us of having it done elsewhere and expecting them to accept responsibility. We won’t be back. The lady is very nice but her husband is in charge and impossible to work with.

I spent the better part of the weekend when I first moved here looking for a good dry cleaner that was reasonably priced. Organic Cleaners is not only reasonably priced by goes above and beyond to make sure all their customers are happy and greeted with a smile. Will never take my clothes anywhere else. Weekly customer here!

I took my 100% cashmere coat to this place and they completely destroyed it. I live in Vermont, and didn't realize until I got back home and tried on the coat that they had shrunk it by about two sizes. The lining was unchanged but the cashmere was shrunk so much that the sleeves were 2-3 inches shorter than they were when I took it in. If you care about your clothes, do NOT take them to this place! My coat is gone, can never be worn again.

I dropped off a outfit for a small alteration and asked to have the outfit pressed for a special event. I wanted the pockets of a jumpsuit sewn shut because they gaped open a bit. At pickup; however, only one pocket had been sewn shut and the outfit was not pressed. The lady at the front desk tried to tell me something about the pocket but was wholly unable to explain what the problem was and she could not answer my questions due to her inability to comprehend my questions or to communicate in English. No one called to tell me beforehand to alert me to any issues or ask if I would like to have only one of the pockets sewn shut. Seems absurd to me that they would sew one pocket shut, not call me before making the decision, and then make me pay for a one-pocket alteration. I was really frustrated at the situation and wanted to leave but the old lady at the front desk grabbed and tugged at my garment. They charged me $8.50. I do not recommend this place for anything which requires real communication as communication is very, very difficult here.
