They are the best. The entire time I am there, they are working. During covid, they are very diligent with wiping off surfaces. Each washer/ dryer used, they clean it off before next patron. They are kind and have a desire to help. The machines work well. They really maintain the place. It's clean. I travel cross town passing several laundrys to get to them. Wish I could duplicate them a few times throughout Greensboro. Pleasant to talk too also.
This place is fabulous. The lady working saturday morning was a god send. The place is very clean.

I visited today to wash an oversized comforter. The service was excellent and the machines were in good working order. An employee greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I haven't been to a laundromat in years so I was grateful that she asked me! Safety precautions were in place for the pandemic. Thank you, KNS Coin Laundry! I'll be back.
I understand that you have a sign on the door for everyone that enter to wear masks. I also understand that everyone must wear masks while out in NC (as ordered by the gov)nHowever, the last few times that I have been there I have seen customers without masks, which makes me very uncomfortable to continue business here.nnPlease fix this issue because although some are not speaking on it, some of us are uncomfortable
