Did a great job- brought in a dress with an unknown stain from several years ago. Service was polite and said only that they may need an extra day to figure out the stain. Had a relative pick the dress up, stain was completely gone and dress in perfect condition.
Old lady AND man who work/run this place are rude as can be and if you inconvenience them in the slightest they want to run their mouth. I've seen the old man yell at the Domino's delivery drivers for parking for a brief moment just to run back in and grab something they forgot and threaten them. Claims that everyone is blocking his customers yet, the parking lot is dead empty and everyone is going to the businesses AROUND him and NOT him.
Excellent service: I forgot that they dry-cleaned one of my really expensive shirts and I didn’t pick it up for 4 months. The moment I walk in there they recognize me and hand me my shirt with in 15 seconds.nnI will never forget that and My loyalty towards them has grown exponentially.
A good Cleaner. Service are wonderful, been using this brand at this location since 2000. I did have one problem back in 2006, I took my clothes to be clean and a sport jacket, I forgot to remove my pocket camera from the inside pocket, as I return back inside the store just 4mins from leaving my clothes was already being processed, so I asked what do that mean? I started I forgot to get my camera from the pocket, the Chinese lady said: no no no camera in pocket me already check. I was pissed off. I also felt it wasn't worth any further problems especially by me getting pissed off. My lesson, those days are far over when your mother check the pockets to keep from messing up other clothes and her washing machine.
Fast service. I got my suit and another jacket one day later. Although there were some extra lines on the pants, in general I can say they were well-cleaned and ironed. I paid $14.20.
