Best local cleaner. They know your name when you come back and always have done a good job dry cleaning my shirts and suits.

Their inventory system is something of the early ages. All they do is give you a slip and expect that you do not lose it. They have lost some of my orders and on two different occasions when I came to pick up they could not find my order. They gather my name and number and tell me the manager will call. To this date - weeks, months later - I have yet to get a call. I even emailed their headquarters and still have yet to be contacted. I do not recommend this business.

This place saved me both money and heartache. I accidentally left a tube of bright pink lipstick in a pair of my khakis. The tube of lipstick went through the wash with two pairs of my Khakis (one pair Brooks Brothers and one pair Banana Republic), eight pairs of my husband’s work pants (all Brooks Brothers) and a pair of True Religion jeans. Literally, there was pink everywhere (it was a brand new tube of lipstick).We were staring at a big expense to replace all of those pants, many of which my husband had worn for years! . I was so upset! I took all of the pants to A Cleaner World, and they got EVERY SINGLE PINK STAIN out of those pants—even the two pairs we sent through the wash twice in our own attempt to remove the stains. And the beauty of it all was that they did not charge us an exorbitant price to deal with this mess. A Cleaner World on Battleground is AWESOME!

Update: a store manager called me and resolved the issue below, I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue.nnI’ve been overcharged twice. I was just told that my Dashiki top was a dress and was charged 14$ And to keep my receipt if I need a reference point. Never going back and I hope others don’t either. It’s the second terrible experience I’ve had there.

My clothes are always well taken care of with quality I can't find elsewhere. Manager and staff are friendly and always on top of things. Always a pleasure doing business here!
