Took 2 new suites in for alterations and received one back with moths holes covering the entire suite. They did not reimburse me for the suite at all, in fact they called me a liar and made fun of my family by bullying me by saying numerous times “The suite was old and that it looked like my grandparents had given it to me!” Was very disgusted by the service and the way my family and I was treated and would not refer anyone to them at all!
Left a leather coat on 6/5 to be sent out for cleaning, to be picked up 6/26. On 7/9, 3rd time in to pick up, was told it had just been sent out the previous week. It's been 5 weeks, and the last two times I was told it was not back yet. Unfortunately this coat carried a great deal of sentimental value, having belonged to my deceased brother. And it looks like it won't be seen again. Take your chances with these folks.
